Information we collect
Aimy may collect and store:
- User IDs when commands are used.
- Server IDs, owner IDs, member counts, and server age.
- Command success and error logs.
- Users' liked songs and music preferences.
- Server settings and other information needed for bot features.
How we use information
We use this information to run Aimy, save music preferences, manage settings, fix errors, and prevent abuse.
Data storage
Some information is stored in our hosting provider's database. Command and error logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Other data may remain stored while needed for Aimy's features.
AI services
The /ask command sends users' questions to a third-party AI provider, such as OpenAI, to generate responses. Aimy does not intentionally save these conversations in its own database. Third-party providers may handle data according to their own policies.
Data sharing
We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by Discord, our hosting provider, and services needed to operate Aimy.

Policy updates
We may update this policy when our features or data practices change.
